Join us for CANS Emerging Leaders Curling Bonspiel!
Get ready to sweep your way to victory at the CANS Emerging Leaders Curling Bonspiel! Join us for a night filled with excitement and friendly competition on the ice. Before the tournament kicks off, take advantage of a complimentary group curling lesson to fine-tune your skills and strategy.
Prizes await the top teams, with door prizes up for grabs for all participants. And what's a curling event without some delicious pizza to refuel? Don't miss out on the thrilling 'Draw to the Button' Contest for a chance to showcase your precision and win big.
Teams will be made based on curling experience, but NO experience is necessary to participate. Teams will be Skipped by the most experienced players.
Player should wear athletic clothing & footwear for their safety and to protect the ice. No outdoor footwear should be worn on the ice.
Where: CFB Halifax Curling Club (6441 Hawk Terrace, Halifax)
When: Friday, April 5, 2024. On-site check-in at 5:30 p.m. The event ends at approximately 11:00 p.m.
Team Announcements: Must be checked-in before 6:00 pm to be placed on a team.
Dress Code: Athletic clothing & footwear
Other: We’ll have pizza available for registered attendees. Don’t forget to bring cash for 50/50! At each of our events, your Emerging Leaders Committee will be holding a raffle with half the funds going to support Adsum for Women and Children! Tickets are 1 for $2 or 3 for $5.
