Let’s play ball!

  • This year will be a one-day tournament (first game is at 8am, final championship game is at 9:45pm)
  • Registration fee includes a registration tee-shirt for up to 15 players on your team, and prizes for top finishers in each division: Fun Division (first-timers) and Competitive Division (play in a league or play semi-regularly).
  • Each team will play a minimum of three games, in addition to the semi final games and championship games
  • A total of 12 teams can be accommodated in two divisions (Fun Division and Competitive Division)
  • 10 players may play in the field at once, however teams may consist of more than 10 players.
  • There are no gender rules for this tournament – anyone can play!
  • Equipment for your team (bats, gloves, etc.) is not provided by CANS; please bring enough for your team!
  • It is a condition of this tournament that at least 80% of the team members be employed by a CANS member company, however, team members need not be employed by the same company.
  • Joins us at The Game Zone! from 10AM – 4PM on August 25, we will have a Bounce House as well as fun games for young kids and ‘big kids’ alike! Join us for washer toss, bean bag toss, and giant Connect 4!
  • A complimentary BBQ sponsored by Herc will be provided to all players for lunch, and Burritos Tuh Go will be selling burritos for dinner (cash only)!
  • Text your game score to 902-237-0057 and 902-830-2343 after each game.
  • Join us after the tournament at Sackville Dooly’s for some free pool (a couple of pool tables will be provided to our group at no cost for the evening) and $12 pitchers of beer!
