Overview:
This course introduces the main types of ADR—mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiation—and when and how to use them effectively. It will equip participants with tools to resolve disputes efficiently while reducing time and costs.

-Cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days prior to the course date to be eligible for a 75% refund of registration fees.
