Overview:

This workshop provides a practical look at managing a construction project from start to finish. It explores the roles and responsibilities of project owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors at every stage, from project initiation to closeout. Participants will learn strategies to keep projects on track, learn the fundamentals of project delivery methods and contract law, and understand how each phase contributes to a successful outcome.

         Explore the design phase, tendering, and estimating

-Cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days prior to the course date to be eligible for a 75% refund of registration fees.
