Overview: This course is designed to help navigate the challenges of working in a male-dominated industry. Participants will gain practical tools to build a healthier work environment, while also having the chance to share their own experiences and learn from others. This interactive course teaches strategies that can be implemented right away.

·       The impact of these dynamics at work and in daily life

·       Why courageous conversations matter—and how to have them

-Cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days prior to the course date to be eligible for a 75% refund of registration fees.
