Overview: Because delays and changes are often not accounted for in the original contract price, managing delay claims and change orders properly is essential to protect the project’s budget and schedule. This seminar offers a high-level overview of how to handle and respond to these challenges effectively and cost-efficiently. Participants will learn strategies to mitigate damages cause by delays.

-Cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days prior to the course date to be eligible for a 75% refund of registration fees.
-No refunds will be issued after this date.
