Overview:
By helping you understand and navigate the specific complexities and situations that can come from working in a male dominated industry, this course will equip you with new skills to create a healthier environment both personally and professionally. You will have the opportunity to talk about your day-to-day experiences and learn from others to ultimately take steps to collectively change the trajectory of our industry.
This interactive course provides learners with specific tools that can immediately apply to the workplace and beyond. Learners can discuss experiences in a safe environment with a facilitator who is an expert in men’s mental health in the workplace.

2. Understanding masculine norms and the environments they can create
3. How these realities impact the workplace and beyond
4. Why having courageous conversations is important
5. When/how to use these new skills effectively
Who should attend this training: This training will be specifically geared towards managers, supervisors/superintendents, foremen, and trades people; but can also benefit anyone working in male dominated industries.

Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations must be received no later than 10 business days prior to the course date to be eligible for a 75% refund of registration fees.
-No refunds will be issued after this date.
-If you register for the course and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel according to the terms stated above.
-If you are unable to attend after registering you may send a substitute up to and including the day of the course. Please provide a name and email address for name tag and records.
-CANS reserves the right to cancel any course and will, in such an event, provide a full refund of registrations fees. Every effort will be made to give registrants a reasonable notice of cancellation.
