Overview:

Construction projects are large, complex, and hazardous. With large groups of people and many levels of authority and supervision, the ability to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations becomes a challenge effectively and efficiently. This workshop will provide a legal perspective on the topic and provide some insight into recent rulings.

§  Case studies: recent rulings as they pertain to construction.
