Overview: The Last Planner® System is a lean production planning system designed to produce predictable workflow and continuous improvement in construction.  The system leads to better projects delivered in less time at a lower cost – so why is implementation so hard? We will do a deep dive into the Last Planner System with a focus on roadblocks you might encounter and how to make it successful on your project site. This course will provide you with strategies to deal with resistance and ideas to change team behaviors not conducive to a lean culture.

6 CM-Lean CE Credits | AGC of America recognizes ‘Last Planner® System: Why it Works & How to Ensure Success' as qualifying for continuing education hours towards the renewal of AGC’s Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (CM-Lean). Each hour of educational content is equal to 1 hour of CE credit. Attendees may earn up to 6 hours of CE Credit by attending the entire workshop.

-If you are unable to attend after registering you may send a substitute up to and including the day of the course. Please provide a name and email address for name tag and records.
-CANS reserves the right to cancel any course and will, in such an event, provide a full refund of registrations fees. Every effort will be made to give registrants a reasonable notice of cancellation.
