OverviewThis course is intended for anyone dealing with issues of material delay or variation, such as owners, supervisors, or project managers. This course will provide examples of how to mitigate risks, and examine how best to address contractual disputes when they arise.

In this 60 minute FREE presentation partnered with Cox & Palmer you will learn to:

§  Understand relevant contractual provisions for material delay or variation; and

§  Understand process and how to prepare for dispute resolution.
