This module is a whole day that covers the pre-construction process and how project estimates are compiled, how to compare actual project costs with those estimated, and how to control costs to meet the estimate. Participants will also learn the value of effective supervision of workers to improve the Supervisor’s ability to manage costs in the construction process.
